3 Pli

3 Pli is available in Oak, Walnut, Alder, White Beech, Steamed Beech, Maple, Sycamore, Pear Tree, Cherry, Chestnut and many other species. 3 PLi ® is composed of three layers of solid wood in which the middle layer is glued in the opposite direction compared to the outside layer.

Available in 21mm thick panels, produced from 3 layers, each of 7mm solid premium hardwood, cross-bonded together (3 layers of equal thickness 21mm - 3 x 7mm). Every panel is painstakingly selected ensuring knot free faces and edges. No open joints, no butt joints, perfect bonding and all panels are 100% usable.

Over 52 sizes in stock at the factory in France (turn around lead-time delivery within 7 working day, made to order will take longer). Panels available for immediate delivery from Racom system (from stock). Panels are delivered with moisture content between 8 % and 10 %. This average rate corresponds to a hygroscopic equilibrium in a flat with 20°C temperature and 50 % relative air humidity.

With this construction, a better dimensional stability for 3 pli ® de ravier is obtained compared to a standard solid centre panel (one layer). Ravier products are only composed of solid wood which is a hygroscopic material, thus variations in temperature and/or humidity can occur.
